I'm a writer, artist, and inventor.
I'm also a tutor with extensive experience working with students in high school & college math classes, as well as specialized test prep experience for GMAT, GRE, ACT, SAT, PSAT, and SSAT.

My Hubpages nom de plume may merit a little explanation. "Watcher by Night" is an homage to the fictional character Alan Quatermain. Quatermain was a 19th century ivory hunter (when that was still quite legal) and the hero/protagonist of more than a dozen exotic tales of adventure written by H. Rider Haggard. Sam Worthington (of "Avatar" fame) will be portraying Quatermain in an updated science fiction movie set far in the future. I'm hoping the movie will prove a worthy continuation of the Quatermain stories. Meanwhile, if you haven't ever read any of H. Rider Haggard's adventures, I'd encourage you not to wait another day...
